The final step!

Just when you think there could not possibly be anymore paperwork to complete, an application to Landgate is required to obtain the projects new titles. This application often requires a supporting consent from a bank or any other party with an interest in the property which can take weeks to have issued.

We provide a convenient inhouse service to coordinate the document preparation; obtain all necessary consents; liaise with the Office of State Revenue and ensure the correct timing of application lodgement with Landgate. As the subdivision is being handled by us we can synchronise the new title requirements with the finalisation of the project. This means at the end of the subdivision instead of waiting weeks or months for your new titles they are issued in a timely manner.
