Meet the quadruplets set to steal the show and turn heads on Northwood Street in West Leederville – the suburb known for its rare combination of inner-city living and suburban comforts. 

Vision Surveys Consulting is excited to share the the approval of this proposed development within the Town of Cambridge.

The principles of land and form were definitely embodied for this development as well to ensure that the lots being created were designed around a grouped dwelling development that actually worked for the site

Project’s lead architect Vadim Boyko shares “This project presented an opportunity to integrate Medium Density principles in a historically established setting by reintroducing the front porch living area to engage with the streetscape/community and having the car parking sleeved at the rear.

“Using the fall of the site to our advantage, the living and bedroom areas became elevated facing the northern aspect to Lake Monger” he adds.

The project’s planning consultant, Ben Carter said “This project represents housing choice for the area between the smaller traditional cottages and apartment living. This contributes to a genuine choice for future and current residents of West Leederville”
