Vision Surveys Consulting is proud and excited to present the approval for our latest luxury home build project in Wembley – Town of Cambridge. 

This was certainly a tricky site to work on starting with the subdivision which had its own challenges where the parent lot was encumbered by a very large Water Corporation easement. 

The principles of Land and Form were embodied more so for this development to ensure that the lots being created were capable to be developed on.

“The Lake Monger residence works effectively to ameliorate the angled easements inherited with the site, while maximising liveable area by cantilevering and building over vertical zones of future serviceability.

A key driver was to ensure both northern light and lake view to every habitable space in the home. The approach ensured that an appropriate family home can be sited where only a small footprint was present.

The location between Leederville and Floreat gave opportunity to compliment the context of a mid-century architecture that has given this Empire Games procession corridor a unique Perth character.”
