Vision Surveys Consulting is proud and excited to announce that our latest development project in the City of Nedlands has received planning approval and is currently under construction. 

What a ride that was but it is so great to have the planning approval in hand and finally be able to get started with this exceptional project. Gwyth Jones has been chosen as the builder and have made fantastic progress nearing completion of brickwork.

Massive kudos to the whole team involved in making this approval possible! So much hard work went in behind the scenes with all consultants to make sure that this small but well designed grouped dwelling project got the best chance possible.

A massive thank you also goes out to our clients for entrusting Vision Surveys Consulting during property acquisition phase and to manage the delivery of this project.

We are hoping to progress and get this project underway as soon as possible so watch this space!
