This project started out from a phone call of a recent immigrant to Perth looking for a home for his family. Not just any home, but one that has the potential to be subdivided and to develop further by building a house at the rear.

We assisted the client by reviewing properties that were shortlisted and outlining the pros and cons of each of the potential sites. By carrying out Subdivision Feasibility Studies, we were able to ascertain the one that was best suited for the client’s needs.

 This project included a renovation of the front home creating an extra living area at the rear and removing portion of the side to create room for access to the rear lot.

Once all the designs and subdivision approvals and development approvals were received, we were engaged as the Development Manager by the client to handle everything that was needed to complete the project.

The client who has background in interior designs chose all the beautiful selections that you see here, and the result is remarkable for two dwellings in the beautiful suburb of Embleton.

 Of course, this project came with lots of challenges, but we were able to tackle them all head on and kept the client notified and aware of everything.

We love the end product and look forward to working with the client again very soon.
