Terms & Conditions
- Residential address must be within Perth Region
- Properties will need to be zoned residential
- Lot under survey will have to be below 1200 square meters
- Only applies to potential subdivision of 4 lots or less.
- Winner will be notified by email or phone call
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident over the age of 18 years old
- Competition does not include works required to obtain subdivision approval, planning submission or building permit. If you opt to continue working with Vision Surveys Consutling to complete this process, we will provide you with a fee proposal.
- Winner is not bound into any contracts. There is no commitment to subdivide with Vision Surveys Consulting
- By entering this competition, you authorise Vision Surveys Consulting to use the survey design for social media platforms and promotional work. Your details will not be disclosed and will remain private.
- By entering, you allow Vision Surveys Consulting to make contact with you in the future.
