Overton Terraces

Our clients Australian Development Capital (ADC) acquired three adjoining buildings in the beachside location of Overton Gardens, Cottesloe. The three sites comprise a total of 1,677 sqm of land and provide direct ocean views in addition to vistas over the adjoining Cottesloe Civic Centre.

Vision Surveys Consulting was engaged as the Principal Surveyors and Strata/Titles Consultant for this project. We also undertook the Construction Surveying and Project Consulting required.

Award winning architect firm Banham Architects produced a design for eleven luxury apartments that provide a warm coastal feel, strong linear expressions, and a focus on the internal and external spaces themselves. The design is not cluttered with unnecessary features, but rather makes the most of the abundance of solar light, fresh salt air and natural landscape that the location affords.

Construction was completed in July 2018 by Australian Luxury Home Builder of the Year Adrian Zorzi and all eleven luxury apartments were sold.
