Our client Australian Development Capital’s (ADC) latest beachside project located at 11 Freeman Loop in the heart of the Leighton Beach precinct in North Fremantle.  

Vision Surveys Consulting have been engaged as the Principal Surveyors, Construction Surveyors, Project Consultants and Strata and Titles Consultant.

ADC_ proposes to deliver a very unique opportunity for the community by providing apartment accommodation with short stay optionality through the design of both conventional and dual key apartments. This will allow apartment owners the ultimate flexibility to either live in their apartment, rent it out long-term, or rent it out short-term in the short stay rental market. 

The site is just a short stroll from Leighton Beach, the Swan River and North Fremantle train station, together with a growing range of food and beverage options in the surrounding precinct. With this in mind, the 11 Freeman Loop project stands to be at the core of a quickly rising coastal hub.

ADC_ received planning approval for the site in 2021, with a beautifully designed building to reflect the rich history of North Fremantle and Leighton’s industrial roots. The project launched to market in 2021 receiving strong pre-sales demand, and construction is now underway with completion forecast mid-2024.
