Terms and Conditions
- Residential address must be within Western Australia
- Properties will need to be residential lots
- Only applies to potential subdivision of 4 lots or less.
- Winner will be notified by December 20th, 2023.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident over the age of 18 years old
- Competition does not include works required to obtain subdivision approval, planning submission or building permit. If you opt to continue working with Vision Surveys Consutling to complete this process, we will provide you with a fee proposal.
- Winner is not bound into any contracts. There is no commitment to subdivide.
- By entering this competition, you authorise Vision Surveys Consulting to use the design for social media platforms and promotional work should you win. Your details will not be disclosed and will remain private.
