Designed to reflect the suburb’s coastal charm and urban convenience, Mos Lane will bring new life to the area through a carefully balanced mix of residential, retail, and lifestyle amenities.
This ambitious project, led by renowned architecture firm Nelson + Koo, introduces much-needed diversity in housing typology to Mosman Park, supporting both downsizers and first-home buyers with intelligent, intergenerational design. Award-winning interior designers Hecker Guthrie have crafted refined living environments that reflect a thoughtful approach to modern apartment living across all life stages.
Mos Lane will deliver:
- 68 premium residences including apartments, townhomes, and penthouses with sweeping panoramic views,
- Two architecturally designed residential buildings that maximise space, light, and liveability,
- Mos Lane Village – a curated retail precinct featuring boutique dining, a grocery store, five retail tenancies, and a liquor outlet.
As Principal Surveyor and Strata Titling Consultant on this project, we are providing our full suite of surveying, subdivision, and strata titling services to ensure Mos Lane is delivered with technical accuracy, compliance, and long-term value. This includes:
– Cadastral and feature surveys to support early-stage planning and design precision,
– GPR Scan to review all the services in ground to assist with design phase and prior to works starting on site
– Strata titles subdivision consultancy for smooth navigation through local planning processes,
