Our latest development project in Victoria Park is progressing exceptionally well! This exciting project involves a renovation, extension, subdivision, and the construction of two brand-new dwellings at the rear—transforming the site into a modern, high-yield investment.

The renovation of the existing front home is running smoothly, breathing new life into the original structure while enhancing its functionality and appeal. Meanwhile, the two new builds at the back are nearing completion, with final touches underway.

Of course, no development comes without its challenges! This project required coordinating 10 neighbouring properties to manage fencing replacements and boundary retaining—a crucial step in ensuring a seamless and compliant subdivision.
