Our Victoria Park project was all about smart design and thoughtful delivery, building two new modern townhouses while retaining and renovating the existing character front dwelling. A high-yield investment for our client.

A great example of how well considered developments can maximise value, respect the original home and create quality homes that truly fit the character of the area.

Of course, no development comes without its challenges! This project required coordinating 10 neighbouring properties to manage fencing replacements and boundary retaining, a crucial step in ensuring a seamless and compliant subdivision.

Vision Surveys Consulting was engaged as the Development Manager and Subdivision Consultant to finalise all the the surveying, subdivision and survey strata titling.

Proud to have delivered this project in collaboration with Trio Homes. A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing it to life.
